Louisa Baileche represented France with the song called Monts Et Merveilles in Riga 2003. The song went straight to the Grand Final as France is one of the biggest financial contributors of the European Broadcasting Union (EBU). Monts Et Merveilles got the eighteenth place in the Grand Final.
